So what we are looking at is a true “family-run concern”, a winning policy not only at regional level, but also throughout Italy and abroad. • The Tanda & Spada trademark, well-known as a guarantee of quality, has won a place on the international market, in the USA, England, France and Belgium, finding a secure niche in the retail food specialty market abroad and in the large-scale retailing industry. • The Company is consistently customer-oriented, keeping to the forefront consumer requirements. To this end we have implemented our Quality Policy  , adopting a QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM under UNI EN ISO 9001 [2000] and UNI EN ISO 14001 [1996] standards. • Since 1999, the Company has developed a line that uses organically farmed products. Following a series of stringent checks by the Certifying Body, the Tanda & Spada Company was awarded registration N° NV99 in the Organic Food Processing Companies Register. Certifying Body is the ICEA  (Istituto per la Certificazione Etica e Ambientale - Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute), which has been tasked by the Italian authorities with implementing EEC regulation 2092/91 on organic production of agricultural products.
